LISTED UNDER:

The Krystal 2000 plate, for luminescence and fluorescence assays, incorporates clear, individual wells in an opaque matrix. This design eliminates well-to-well light cross-talk, enabling accurate and repeatable photometric readings. The plates are supplied in a 96 × 350 μl/well format. Clear wells improve cell binding efficiency and allow direct measurements on bottom reading spectrophotometers and inverted microscopes. Constructed of polystyrene, the microplates are available in opaque white, black, and black and white combination formats. The white matrix provides maximum reflectivity for sensitive luminescence assays. The black matrix absorbs light to minimize background interference in fluorometric assays. Plates are available with a high binding irradiated surface or tissue culture treated. They are packaged in boxes of 100, and also in HTS packs that include 4 sleeves of 25 plates with lids. Maintaining SBS standard 96-well microplate dimensions, the plate range is fully compatible with most plate readers, robotic sample processors and automated liquid handling systems.
