Circular ssDNA For Rolling Circle Applications

CircLigase ssDNA Ligase catalyzes the circularization of single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) without the need for oligo "bridges" or "splints". Virtually no linear or circular concatamers are produced. CircLigase Ligase is suited for preparing circular ssDNA for rolling circle replication or rolling circle transcription assays.
