3D Fluorescence Imaging Software

AxioVision Inside 4D microscopy software allows viewing correctly scaled 3D fluorescence images in time dimension, using traditional fluorescence microscopes. Four implemented projection methods - shadow, transparency, surface and maximum projection - ensure flexibility during interactive microscopic examinations. Zoom factor can be freely selected to allow the user to zoom in on structures and see them from the inside. The software also allows for image animations such as continuous rotation in space and processing into image series for AVI film export.
