Conditioned Media

ORIGEN® Hybridoma Cloning Factor (HCF), a hybridoma growth media supplement enriched with IL-6, replaces feeder layers or other conditioned media and growth factors used in hybridoma production. HCF increases the yield of hybridomas surviving HAT selection, the cloning efficiency of B-cell hybridomas, and the number of antibody producing colonies. ORIGEN Giant Cell Tumor Conditioned Medium (GCT-CM), a conditioned medium derived from human cells containing colony stimulating factors and IL-6, is a ready to use source of colony stimulating factors necessary for the growth of hematopoietic and leukemia cells. GCT-CM improves the length and morphology of chromosomes and increases the mitotic index of specimens resulting in chromosome spreads that are easier to interpret. ORIGEN DMSO Freeze Media is a cell cryopreservation medium containing DMSO, Fetal Bovine Serum, and Basal media. The fully formulated medium provides a simple and effective method of cryoprotecting numerous cell types.
