Cultrex™ Basement Membrane Extract is purified from EHS tumor following a method that results in a consistent protein concentration range, lot after lot, with each lot being tested for in vitro angiogenesis as well as endothelial cell tube formation. The result is a highly qualified extract for cell invasion assays and in vivo angiogenesis research that investigators can count on for consistent performance. The Cultrex product line, from Trevigen, Inc., also includes Laminin I and Collagen IV, all made to exacting standards and qualified with functional assays used by cell biologists and drug development researchers.
