Family of Density Gradient Media

NycoPrep family density gradient media is prepared from Nycodenz non-ionic, non-carbohydrate media. These products offer the benefits of good cell viability, few experimental artifacts, and low endotoxin levels. The full line includes NycoPrep 1.068 (for the isolation of human monocytes), NycoPrep 1.077 (for the isolation of human mononuclear cells), NycoPrep 1.077A (specially formulated to separate rodent MNCs from PMNCs), and NycoPrep Universal (a stock solution that can be diluted as necessary to form any continuous or discontinuous gradient up to 1.31 g/ml).
