ProBlot hybridization ovens feature electronics that have been improved for temperature accuracy and trouble-free operation, and an insulated door for temperature stability. The five models in the new line range in capacity from the four-bottle ProBlot Jr. to the 24-bottle ProBlot 24. All models offer microprocessor temperature control, mechanical convection for temperature uniformity, and variable speed rotisseries. Standard models have an interior outlet for powering small equipment and the ability to support a rocking platform when the rotisserie is removed. The largest oven in the line has two independently controlled chambers. The model 12S features a built-in orbital shaking platform.
