Image Restoration Microscopy System

DeltaVision® Spectris microscopy system integrates stage and filter positioning, fluorescence optics, and high-powered deconvolution software. Optimized illumination and CCD-based detection is employed to measure the maximum amount of the light collected through the microscope objective, providing virtually unlimited illumination flexibility. Multi-wavelength images can be acquired using excitation illumination anywhere from 340 nm — 685 nm. The system provides fast, easy handling of live-cell experiments and can acquire 3D, multiple wavelength images at the high resolution in either space or time.
