The ORCA II-ER camera features the ER-150 CCD chip, delivers progressive-scan readout, has no mechanical shutter, and offers 6.45 μm pixel resolution in a 1344 × 1024 format. Quantum efficiency is 350-850 nm. The camera provides rapid exposure and high dynamic range images with selectable full-well capacity, low read noise and cooling to 㫔 C. Dual-mode digitization provides software selectable choice or readout methods for speed or low noise with 12 or 14 bit precision. Analog contrast enhancement circuits increase versatility for the most difficult imaging conditions.
