Automated Chemiluminescent and Fluorescent Imaging

The AutoChemi System automates chemiluminescent and fluorescent imaging applications. Software automates procedures by integrating the computer with the darkroom and camera zoom lens, displaying settings for acquiring chemiluminescence, ethidium bromide, SYBR Green, SYBR Gold and Coomassie Blue images. The cooled CCD robotic camera provides fast optics, high sensitivity and high resolution images for greater image depth. Computer-controlled efficiency automates selection of overhead UV, blue or white light.
