Custom Bioreactors

Specializing in designing stainless steel bioreactors to fit specific applications, Pope Scientific offers a wide range of modifications and system capacities to 200 liters. Integrated systems are used in scale-up from benchtop glassware to pilot plants, or in production of small batches of high-value products. Vessels meet ASME and UN requirements, and can be designed for CIP and SIP duty. In addition to bioreactors, designs vary from simple off-the-shelf storage or shipping containers to turnkey feed systems, blenders, reactors and fermentors. Options include pressurizable stirrer assemblies, recirculating/dispensing pumps, heating/cooling coils, load cell scales, probes, valves, gauges, filters, complete instrumentation, and a variety of finishes.
