Flash Chromatography System

This compact flash chromatography platform minimizes set-up time, and maximizes purification results by integrating a pump, column, detector, collector and control into one package. ECLIPSE control system uses a built-in computer with touch screen. A Windows® based wizard provides a flexible programming template for method development, execution, and archiving. Flexible peak detection algorithms enhance separation results. All method settings and purification results can be saved to standard Compact Flash memory media. Users can archive results and share result data using the optional Ethernet port. A twin piston pump system offers accurate positive displacement (0.25% of setpoint at 125 ml/min @ 100PSI) for low pulsation solvent flow and binary gradient formation. The integrated UV detector (254 nm standard) has a wide dynamic range (0 - 4.0000 AU) and low baseline noise. Configurable fraction collection options include high capacity tube, bottle and funnel collection racks. Interchangeable FlashPack column cartridge holder options hold industry standard "F-Series" cartridges and Direct Luer Connect™ cartridges contain 4-330 g of flash silica.
