Fluorescence Microplate Reader

SpectraMax® Gemini EM fluorescence microplate reader is a fast and flexible, top/bottom reading microplate fluorometer for solution-and cell-based assays, such as cell migration assays. Scanning monochromator-based optics reduces methods optimization time, improves sensitivity, and ensures the availability of any wavelength pair, since filters are not used. Auto PMT function calibrates the RFU values of individual samples for accurate comparison over an extended dynamic range. The Gemini EM also features comprehensive data reduction, data analysis, graphing, reporting functionality, and automation interface, all under FDA 21 CFR Part 11compliant SoftMax® Pro Enterprise software.
