Streptavidin Coated Microbeads

Dynabeads® MyOne™ Streptavidin complement traditional Dynabeads M-280 Streptavidin and hydrophilic Dynabeads M-270 Streptavidin. While designed for IVD and immunoassays, the 1 μm MyOne beads are applicable also to other molecular applications. Their sedimentation rate is low, their magnetic mobility and biotin capacity high (3,000 pmol/mg). Effective reaction kinetics, a high signal-to-noise ratio and the homogeneous behavior of the beads combine to provide excellent performance in automated liquid handling systems.
