Extended Length Pipette Tip

Designed to fit 2 μl and 10 μl pipettes, these tips feature an extended capillary end. The total length of 45 mm makes pipetting easier and less prone to cross contamination. Because the tip easily reaches the bottom of 1.5 ml tubes, the pipette shaft and ejector are not forced into close proximity of the inside of the tube "neck," which has been a significant source of contamination in PCR applications. The long narrow capillary extension has an outer diameter of approximately 0.9 mm, allowing entry into very small openings.
