ProBlot hybridization ovens have been reengineered. The new models feature an insulated door for temperature stability. Calibration mode allows for easy temperature customization. The five models in the new oven line range in capacity from the four bottle ProBlot Jr. to the 24 bottle ProBlot 24. All of the models feature microprocessor temperature control, mechanical convection for temperature uniformity and variable speed rotisseries. In addition, the standard models have an interior outlet for powering small equipment and the ability to support a rocking platform when the rotisserie is removed. The largest oven in the line, the ProBlot 24, has two independently controlled chambers in a space saving over-under construction. The ProBlot 12S features a built-in orbital shaking platform.
