Mouse Osteocalcin EIA Kit

Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA) for Mouse Osteocalcin is synthesized by osteoblasts during bone formation. Studies show that osteocalcin levels are directly related to osteoblastic activity. The kit is a sandwich ELISA assay specific for intact mouse osteocalcin only. It requires only a 25 μl sample, and serum, plasma, bone extracts and cell culture supernates can be measured directly.
