Nickel Chelate Slides

XENOSLIDE series microscope slides are available for producing proteome microarrays. The N Nickel Chelate coated slides are used to attach 6-His tagged molecules and results in oriented attachment of molecules to the surface. This provides accessibility for molecular recognition resulting in high signal-to-noise ratio. The slides are standard 25 × 75 mm and have low background fluorescence. Other surfaces are also available.
