Objective For Physiostation Microscope
Tue, 04/08/2024 - 8:34am
The Fluor 20× Water Dipping objective is used exclusively on the Eclipse E600FN "PhysioStation" upright-focusing nosepiece research microscope. The objective is part of a set of objectives for use in physiology and brain research where the objective is actually "dipped into" the exposed living tissue or brain slice. It features a numerical aperture of 0.50, a working distance of 2 mm, and a parfocal distance adjustment lever, which can eliminate discrepancies that occur when switching between a low magnification objective and a higher magnification objective.
