ACQUITY UltraPerformance LC (UPLC) HSS T3 columns feature high-strength 1.8µm silica particles for UPLC applications. The first bonded phase to be introduced, T3, is aimed at separating small, water-soluble, polar organic molecules via reversed-phase UPLC technology. Atlantis T3 HPLC Columns also are designed for retaining polar compounds but by reversed-phase HPLC.
