DNA Polymerase with GC Buffer

PrimeSTAR HS DNA Polymerase with GC Buffer has been developed for high-fidelity amplification of high GC (>75;%) templates. It offers both accuracy and amplification efficiency. The GC buffer formulation facilitates robust extension through even very high GC regions efficiently and accurately. Inclusion of a monoclonal antibody suppresses both the DNA polymerase and 3’-5’exonuclease activities prior to the first denaturing step, preventing false initiation events during reaction assembly and primer digestion.
