The unit features 4 inches insulated walls, a Type 304, 2B finish stainless steel interior with continuously back-welded seams, stainless steel exterior with #4 brushed finish and an 8 inches× 10 inches double-pane Pyrex window. Cleanroom safety and control equipment include a 30 inches× 24 inches× 6 inches thick stainless steel, high-temperature HEPA air filter, mini-helic pressure gauge and DOP validation port across the filter, digital indicating temperature controller, manual reset excess temperature controller with separate contactors, re-circulating blower airflow safety switch and digital shut down timer to sound an alarm.
