Millipore Corp. (Billerica, MA) in collaboration with CXR Biosciences Ltd. (Dundee, Scotland) have announced jointly developed products for pre-clinical drug development. The products are antibodies that identify key enzymes and transcription factors important in drug metabolism and its regulation. The portfolio includes: Human Cytochrome P450 CYP2D6, CYP2A6 and Reductase (POR); Human Pregnane X Receptor (PXR); Human Constitutive Androstane receptor (CAR); and Human Farnesoid X Receptor (FXR) (27 to 143) and (322 to 472).
