Protein Detection With Microarray Dot Blot Kits

Mon, 03/19/2007 - 12:38pm

Protein Detector Microarray Dot Blot Kits enable sensitive screening of biomarkers in high throughput format using antibody-based technology. They are offered for use in the detection of low density reverse-phase protein microarrays and for profiling from dozens to hundreds of samples for the presence of low abundant antigens. They provide significant sensitivity and specificity through biotin-streptavidin amplification and require little assay optimization. Signal is enhanced by the microarray blocker in the kit. The kits contain all reagents necessary for detection: users supply microarray membrane, experimental samples and primary antibodies. Choose from two kits with phosphatase-labeled streptavidin and either colorimetric or chemiluminescent substrate.
