Gel Documentation System (10313)

This range of gel documentation systems is fully configured to image gels stained with SYBR Safe. The low budget DigiGenius, InGenius and GeneFlash systems, up to the top of the range G:BOX system, have been tested to identify the best conditions for using the short pass filter and UV transilluminator for SYBR Safe imaging. This information has been integrated into each system, saving set up time and optimizing SYBR Safe imaging performance. A blue light converter screen converts UV light to blue light and when used in conjunction with SG03 filter, allows any SYBR dye to fluoresce with maximum light emission.
