Gen5 Microplate Data Analysis Software, version 1.02 provides new data reduction tools, including a 5-parameter logistic fit, several weighting options and curve constraint definition. Curve metrics include 95% confidence intervals, sum of squares and degrees of freedom. Protocols for critical assays such as AlphaScreen cAMP, MycoAlert and IC50 can be opened and modified as necessary for rapid analyses with minimal setup. Custom summary results and/or detailed procedure and data reduction steps may be quickly printed or exported for one-step documentation of all experimental parameters. The software offers a clean and uncluttered interface with multiple options for access to the most common tasks.
