Intermediate Volume Controlled Ventilator

The Respiratory Rate of the Model 665 ventilator can be set from 10 to 100 breaths/minute. Two interchangeable brass piston and cylinder assemblies cover a wide species range — 25 ml and 100 ml. This makes the unit ideal for any animal between 1 and 30 kg. Accurate Tidal Volume Delivery is adjustable from 4 to 100 ml/stroke while the ventilator is running. There is minimal dead space and the phase control is adjustable from 35 to 65% of the respiration cycle. Also featured are PEEP capabilities (positive end expiratory pressure) and compatibility with any anesthesia circuit. The Model 665 can pump air, oxygen or anesthetic gas mixtures to the animal.
