Western Blotting Reagents

Rodeo ECL Western Blotting Reagents, which utilize luminal-based chemiluminescence, detect nanogram levels of target protein. Acridan-based detection chemistry uses Lumigen APS-5 substrate. Sensitive results are provided at the picogram level and can be detected with film, CCD camera or a fluorescence imager. The products may be used with either nitrocellulose or PVDF membranes and are supplied in reagent packs or as a kit that includes anti-mouse and anti-HRP conjugates, Rodeo Blocker and a specialized detergent, Rodeo Saddle Soap, to reduce background.
