Glassware Washing System

The Miele G 7827 Glassware Washing System cleans both large volumes of small items and difficult to clean large items. Eleven standard wash programs handle a variety of cleaning challenges. Eight utility programs are offered, plus the ability to store 45 additional programs. Optional HEPA-filtered forced air-drying unit provides fast, quiet (66 dbA), particulate-free glassware drying. Built-in top and bottom spray arms, plus direct injection units, provide thorough spray coverage throughout the chamber. Two heavy duty circulation pumps are rated at 1000 total liters of water per minute. Main wash temperatures reach up to 95 C. A high-grade 316 grade stainless steel wash chamber provides corrosion resistance. A 35 liter tank preheats DI water. Preheating temperature is adjustable from 60 C to 90 C. DI water rinses heated to 95 C ensure proper removal of both the contaminant and detergent residues. Dual drain pumps allow optional water recycling by sending water from specified cycles to a holding tank.
