Microscopy Systems Save Time

Analyze samples 100 microns or less using the Spotlight 150i and 200 Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) microscopy systems from Perkin Elmer. The 150i is a manual system, while 200 features automated capabilities. Use these sensitive systems to perform wide-spectrum imaging in a single experiment with a signal-to-noise ratio better than 12,000:1.
The systems can be programmed to focus on special regions or particle types to quickly narrow the scope of data analysis and save time. Novel particles are quickly identified automatically. Potential errors are prevented throughout the data acquisition step by way of its on-board in-scan analysis. Validation routines can also be programmed to speed up, and enhance, applications. Multiple detector options accommodate a range of sample types.
Intuitive software helps users visualize and report results. Both systems can be integrated with other Perkin Elmer FTIR systems when analyzing larger samples, or if advanced automation features are needed.
