Diba has named John Grady its new Vice President of Finance. As VP of Finance, Grady will be responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting, IT and office administration at Diba Industries. As a member of the executive committee, he will also assist in the strategic management of the company’s business, including sales, operations, engineering, and finance.
Grady has more than 20 years of experience in finance. He comes to Diba most recently from Danaher Corporation (Portland, Ore.) where he was Divisional VP of Finance. Grady is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston (Houston, Texas) and a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas (Austin, Texas).
Diba, part of the multinational Halma technology group, provides custom engineered fluid handling components and design services. The company is headquartered in Danbury, Connecticut, USA with global locations in the UK, China, and Japan. Diba technology includes flared tubing assemblies, lined or coated aspirate dispense probes with level sensing, in-line heaters, and custom caps for reagent and waste bottles. Diba services include fluid system development, prototypes, preventive maintenance kits, and custom extrusion.
