Buchiglas-USA Corp. is providing sales and service of Buchi reactor systems in the USA and Canada. We supply chemical reactors systems (full vacuum to high pressure) for R&D as well as Pilot Plant and kilolab equipment (full vacuum) for cGMP manufacturing in the pharmaceutical (API’s) and fine chemical industry. They can be easily configured for any chemical process in laboratories and pilot plants. We offer customized engineering solutions in Swiss quality.

For Pilot Plants and kilolabs we manufacture versatile high performance multi - purpose reactor systems in glass and glass lined steel as well as Nutsche filters, gas scrubbers, mixing vessels. Basis of our glass process equipment is our unique, safe, clean and economic flexible ball socket joint buchiflex. Our experienced engineering team supports our customers in the early project stage.

Our stirred autoclaves or pressure reactor systems feature interchangeable pressure vessels made of glass (Borosilicate, Pyrex), stainless steel, Hastelloy, Titanium, Tantalum. Magnetic high torque stirrer drives, accessories for catalyst testing and much more is available. In combination with our bpc we offer a turnkey solution for hydrogenations with unmatched reproducibility and reliability.
