Thermo Fisher Scientific introduced a new HPLC and UHPLC column for glycan analysis. This new column offers extremely high-resolution separations based on charge, isomerism, and size and is designed to facilitate both high resolution glycan profile characterization and quantification. The GlycanPac AXR-1 columns are designed for high resolution of labeled and unlabeled glycans, and are compatible with fluorescence and mass spectrometry detection methods
